Ranch Dip

I am in SHOCK how yummy this is!!!! Plain Greek yogurt is SO the new sour cream, who knew?!?!
For this gem of a dip I just took half the ranch pack and mixed it in the 6oz plain Greek yogurt. I ate about 1/2 with a ton of carrots and it was DELISH! I am so excited I have MORE for later! The ENTIRE 6oz yogurt with 1/2 a pack of ranch mix is 3pts. I just ate about 3oz for only 1pt!

The Weekend Slim Down: Recipe

This is a GREAT, 5 point, and FILLING lunch!
-Turkey Wrap, Strawberries. and Pretzel Crisps


The Turkey Wrap

Time to Build it
1 Flat Out Light Italian Wrap
1 Lite Laughing Cow Wedge (spread it out on the wrap)
Then Layer
1 Handful of Spinach
Cilantro to taste
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes cut into 1/4s
1/2 Tbsp of Newman's Own Lite Balsamic Dressing
2oz of Turkey
Roll it up and cut in half
Add some strawberries and Pretzel Crisps and for 5 points you have a YUMMY and FILLING lunch!! I like to dip my wrap in balsamic vinegar.

The Weekend Slim Down

Welcome Bye Bye Baby Weight Friends!!! I am Back!!!!! Baby #3 is 16 days old and I am ready to get this diet party started!! I hope you join me! I started Weight Watchers today and had my official weigh in. How was your week in a being a better you? What are your new goals to make next week a better week??
Starting next week I will be uploading BBBW friend progress pictures OR if you have a blog we can do a "link party." This is a place for accountability and honesty! SO yes, I post the "real" me and my "real" numbers!

First Goal: 150
Dream Weight: 130


I know size does NOT matter but...
Today's Top: Large
Today's Jeans: 14 (a TIGHT 14)

This weeks Goal: To be content when making better choices, fight the "need" for yummy bad foods, and drink my water.
